It covers a person who suffered an occupational injury, accident or illness which arises out of and in the course of employment . The accident must occur when the employee is at work, during the hours in which he is expected to be there, and while he is engaged in the work he is employed to do.
Payment for medical treatment and various medical benefits are provided for the injured person. The injury must have occurred during the policy period.
